During home lactation visits, an experienced RN/lactation consultant will examine you and your baby, assist you with latch & feeding positions, check you baby’s weight, provide weighed feeding evaluation, perform infant oral assessment and if needed will assist with supplementation. Home visits usually last 60-90 mins. Most insurance plans cover home lactation visits and we are in the network with most major insurances. Cash options or discounts are available to patients who are uninsured or out of network.
